Our Center, Centro Hospitalar Universitário de Santo António/Unidade de Saúde Local de Saúde de Santo António has a clinical team of specialists/experts/interprofessional team and reseachers working closely with a collaborative support to all types of amyloidosis.
The Department of Nephrology has expertise in systemic and localized amyloidosis; Kidney Transplantation Unit, living donor programme and outpatient clinics (secretariadoce.nefrologia@ulssa.min-saude.pt).

ATTRv - the most common type of amyloidosis at ULS de Santo António (ULSSA).
The clinical support is centralized in the Amyloid Unit/ Unidade Corino de Andrade being Neurology the main medical speciality for reference, supported by the Department of Neurophysiology and the Unit of Neuropathology.
The Unit has a multidisciplinary team and specialities closely coordinated.
The Hospital (on-site) has a Department of Ophtalmology with a wide ATTR expertise.

The Department of Cardiology (www.ulssa.pt/v0C0J0D0K/servico-de-cardiologia) gives support to rhythm disorders, pacemaker insertion and heart failure.
Nutritional dedicated support, Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, Psychological and Phsychiatry and dedicated Dermatology.
